Hardly a snow-white colonnade the big round building of parliament more to the left rises. Behind extensive lawns with ponds, and with that and on the other hand Radzh-patha, - various office buildings. The prospectus rests against a monumental arch which name Collars of India. It is a memorial with eternal fire in honour of the Indian soldiers who have fallen in days of the First World War.
The Prospectus - a place of military parades and demonstrations in Day of Republic on January, 26th. On its lawns meetings and meetings of political parties and public organisations are arranged. And every day on these lawns of thousand clerks spend the lunch break. They sit groups on a soft grass and conduct slow conversation or play volleyball.
